I had a fantastic intro session with Andrew where we had the rare kind of conversation that inspired me: a naturally flowing back-and-forth containing a multitude of ideas and possibilities. Andrew has a grounded and calming presence, a wealth of experience, and an active listening style that invites this kind of trust and personal exploration.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Andrew on several projects that required us to think outside the box, and the more creative the challenge, the more he thrives. He is an incredible listener who genuinely cares about understanding what you are trying to accomplish. He asks thoughtful questions, looks at things differently, and has a way of taking an idea somewhere you never would have thought to take it yourself.

But those qualities aren't just part of how Andrew works, they're very much who he is. He’s one of the most genuinely creative and thoughtful people I know. I’ve watched him make choices in his life that challenge my own limiting beliefs, trusting himself enough to jump into the next step without needing to know exactly where the path will lead. His willingness to embrace change, follow his curiosity, and continually figure out what feels true to him has pushed me to think more openly about what’s possible in my own life.
